The Llamhigyn Y Dwr is a creature of the Celtic folklore dwelling swamps and ponds, similar to a giant frog with bat wings instead of front legs and a long tail that it uses to bounce on the water.

By trying to identify himself with the sound speculatively produced by this fantastic creature and with the relationship it establishes with its habitat as imagined by its long tradition,
Kensho crafts an album provided with strongly imagery-inducing qualities, waggish magical overtones and a soft, silken sound texture bordering with a recognizable, tensile “asmr” tactility.

“Llamhigyn Y Dwr” can be then listened to as a neo-fairytale; an audio book (or an audio-documentary perhaps?) written by means of machinations and languages of the finest sound design and sample-making which embroider the legendary animal’s verse’s and flight’s aural features.
Llamhigyn Y Dwr is, in short, a musical pond of strange and unpredictable rhythms and quirky sounds continuously recreating and reassembling the surroundings of this unique, surreal electronic composition.
